Job Title: House Supervisor RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA.

About the Role:

The House Supervisor RN will be responsible for acting in the absence of specific hospital administrative personnel and department managers. This role will assist in the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of patient care. The successful candidate will support administrative direction to develop and evaluate all nursing personnel, and assist in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of patient care.
  • Support administrative direction to develop and evaluate all nursing personnel.
  • Maintain operational aspects of hospital departments.
  • Act in the absence of specific hospital administrative personnel and department managers.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
