Job Title: House Supervisor RN

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including patient flow, staffing, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital-wide policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
