Transportation Infrastructure Manager

Kinkaid Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Transportation Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our mainline equipment. This critical role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Mainline Equipment: Oversee the operation and maintenance of mainline equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and operators to ensure efficient and safe transportation of products through the pipeline system.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of mainline equipment to identify potential issues and prevent malfunctions.
- Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including developing and implementing effective safety protocols.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to respond effectively to emergency situations, such as leaks or equipment failures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline operations or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of pipeline operations and mainline equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in various weather conditions, lift and move heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: May require working nights, weekends, and holidays, including being on-call for emergencies.
- Work Environment: Work is performed outdoors and in all weather conditions, with exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials.
- Safety Precautions: Must wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to all safety protocols.
The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
