Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Equipment experience including order picker and stand-up forklift.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (occasionally up to lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift.
  • Ability to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment, processes, and training).
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with AS400 highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capacity to effectively plan workload and staff assignments.
