We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed
  • Assist in maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and features with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer engagement, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests
  • Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
