About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; paint industry experience a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
