Job Description

SpeedPro Boston Metrowest is seeking a skilled Production and Installation Specialist to contribute to our dynamic Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics using state-of-the-art production equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and efficient production area will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Production: Utilize large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing equipment to produce high-quality graphics.
  • Production Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized production area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and studio processes are efficient.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, Production team, and Install Crews to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Actively manage material inventory to ensure timely production and minimize waste.
  • Installation: Conduct installations of produced graphics as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A background in the sign or print industry.
  • Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing equipment.
  • Proficient with graphic design software.
  • Excellent math skills and proficiency with measurements.
  • Installation experience, though not required.
