  • Team Leadership
    • Oversee a team of Associates and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, with a focus on visual merchandising and store appearance.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stockroom organization.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to Associates on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and drive sales growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and vendors to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1 year of retail experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
