- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college of occupational therapy.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas occupational therapist license.
