As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our franchisees and corporate-owned locations. You will work with our ticketing system, phone, and remote assistance applications to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to our franchisees and corporate-owned locations
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
* Proactively look for ways to improve processes and operations
* Document incidents thoroughly and accurately

Requirements

* Willingness to learn new computer programs and cloud services
* Strong verbal, writing, and troubleshooting skills
* High level of customer service and communication skills
* Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Windows 10
* Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of workgroups and small office networks
* Ability to quickly adapt to new workflows and projects
* Fluent in English

Work Environment

* Capable of working from our office
