Job Title: Financial Analyst - Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Retail Operations to join our team at WorldLink. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Excel reports to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Retail Operations business.
  • Collate data from various sources, including SAP, Excel, and internal databases, to create meaningful and impactful reports.
  • Develop and manage a repository of reports, templates, and data to serve as a knowledge base.
  • Use critical thinking and data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend automation enhancements.
  • Prepare financial planning and reporting, including budgeting and forecast vs. actual reporting.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for key projects with high visibility.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Excel summary design and delivery, with examples of previous work and ad-hoc reporting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance-related discipline (flexible if qualified).
  • Excel Certification preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven track record of creating executive-level summaries and reports.
