### Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced analytical expertise to all Network Optimization Analysts and develop all required analytical tools, processes, and educational programs.
* Collaborate in the discovery of supply chain opportunities throughout a combined Ahold Delhaize network.
* Align team on all supply chain concepts, best practices, industry standards, and preeminent analytical methodologies.
* Provide advanced expertise for network design initiatives, accuracy, and scope of projects, and the development of appropriate tool sets.
* Foster collaboration across all Ahold Delhaize banners in support of each company's unique business strategies.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to guide, provide expertise, and recommend solutions that highlight cost and other holistic impacts and trade-offs to the Ahold Delhaize Supply Chain.
* Develop channel recommendations for all AD network physical flow paths.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners (Suppliers, Distribution, Transportation, Category, Logistics, Retail) to design and implement strategies and tactics to reduce total landed cost, while developing a more consumer-driven network.
* Evaluate, analyze, and recommend cross-functional supply chain solutions that align Ahold Delhaize Supply Chain strategy with individual business objectives.
* Effectively work with cross-functional teams across multiple operating companies toward common Supply Chain strategies to increase profitability by reducing net landed cost.
* Spearhead the development of alternate product channels utilizing sound research and design methodology as well as the development and implementation of programs to improve operating processes.
* Facilitate continuous improvement conversations at all levels throughout the organization and meet with impacted departments concerning goals, priorities, and technical concerns.
* Act as an internal company expert on industry supply chain activities, changes, and trends.
* Provide support for motivating peers and function as an effective promoter of change and growth.
* Provide support for the implementation of a continuous improvement culture.
* Serve as a member of key teams and committees as needed.
