Job Summary:

As a Client Relationship Associate at USI Holdings Corporation, you will provide administrative, operational, and client relationship support to the Relationship Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing internal assistance to clients, escalating their needs and concerns to assigned Client Relationship Managers, and processing fund changes. You will also prepare amendments to services agreements, complete provider set-up paperwork, and prepare client reports, presentations, and agendas. Additionally, you will participate in client calls, document project-related tasks, and monitor the completion of meeting follow-ups. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying inefficiencies in processes or assigned tasks and recommending solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal assistance to clients and escalate their needs and concerns to assigned Client Relationship Managers.
  • Process fund changes and prepare amendments to services agreements.
  • Complete provider set-up paperwork and prepare client reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Participate in client calls and document project-related tasks.
  • Monitor the completion of meeting follow-ups and identify inefficiencies in processes or assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in math or business preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of financial services experience.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
