Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the electrical engineering field, preferably in the renewable energy or solar sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utility-scale solar projects.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, collaborating with sales teams on client meetings.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault, and/or Bluebeam.
  • Ability to work comfortably in an electrical engineering environment.
