We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at CNY Family Care, LLP. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain vital signs, room patients, and assist with the intake process
- Perform ECGs and work closely with providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop strong relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and education
- Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN program
- Prior experience in a busy medical office setting preferred, but not required
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent customer service skills
