  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, rotate stock, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store image, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 14+ months of retail experience, preferably in a meat department or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent cutting skills, knowledge of meat products, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a wet and cold environment.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to Chemicals: Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Temperature Extremes: Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
