Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain patient history and perform physical exams
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

Requirements:

  • Current active RN license and APN certification
  • DEA license and enrollment in Controlled Substance Monitoring Program
  • Advanced degree, minimally master's degree
  • Current BLS certification
