Position Overview:
The Program Management Acquisition Expert will take charge of managing the cost, timeline, and overall performance of the contract. This role requires proven skills in resource allocation, team supervision, and contract oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive documentation support and manage scheduling and integration for the project portfolio.
  • Assist the Project Officer and Acquisition Specialist while ensuring that all actions maintain the Government's decision-making authority.
  • Develop and sustain a detailed project schedule for each assigned initiative, outlining all necessary tasks and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Regularly update project schedules and disseminate them to stakeholders after thorough review and feedback from the project team.
  • Organize and oversee meeting logistics, including note-taking, action item tracking, and attendance management, while facilitating program communications across multiple projects.
  • Participate in various meetings, providing technical and programmatic insights to support ongoing programs.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in managing projects of comparable size and complexity. Proven experience in the sustainment of Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical engineering discipline, business, or management from an accredited institution is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is mandatory.
A Secret Clearance is a prerequisite.
