Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team at Monday. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and development within our team by leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and strategy. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that align with our company's vision.

Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a strong focus on SaaS product sales to Executive-level stakeholders
- Experience coaching account managers on various aspects of sales, including pipeline management and risk mitigation
- Strong ability to collaborate with others to achieve commercial growth

What We Expect
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop our account management team
- Analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions and improve processes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $138,000-$180,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes
- Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in our NYC office
