Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic and individualized care to patients, incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate a plan of care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
• Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through effective communication and timely updates.
• Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure an optimal patient experience.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in California.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience in cardiovascular care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
