Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused PT Courtesy Clerk-Bundler to join our team at Giant Food. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include bagging groceries, pricing items, loading and collecting carts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other tasks as needed to support the success of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries and assist customers with their purchases
• Price items and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Load and collect carts, and maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the success of the store

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
