Horace Mann Insurance Producer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our team in Lubbock, TX. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their family insurance protection needs, and recommending the best preservation and insurance solutions to meet their investment protection requirements and financial security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for sales growth and new client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of insurance products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Active insurance agent's license or willingness to obtain one.
