Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Voya Financial Advisors in Williamsville. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our financial team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with daily office activities, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement processes to increase office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Series 6/63 certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Knowledge of docupace preferred but not required
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • 2 years Financial Service Industry experience preferred
