About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. This role involves collaborating with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans, managing acute and chronic health conditions, and educating patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical assessments
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring timely communication of results
- Prescribe medications and perform procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- National certification as a Physician Assistant
- Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
