Palliative Care Physician Needed
At NHR, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Palliative Care physician to join our team in the vibrant CA Bay area.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $**250,000 - $300,000 per year**, based on experience, plus RVU-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The new Palliative Care physician will be part of a quality improvement and care coordination program, traveling to various community-based clinics and acute care facilities to provide direct patient care and support clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Administration teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Support clinical teams in caring for current Palliative medicine patients
- Travel to community-based clinics and acute care facilities as needed

Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) is preferred
- Experience working in a Palliative Care setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
