Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) in a senior management role within the tooling or fastener industry.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of tooling and fastener manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on employee development.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
