Position Overview:


As a Machinery Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine and scheduled evaluations of production machinery to guarantee optimal operational condition and mitigate potential breakdowns.
  • Utilizing electrical expertise to diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, including tracing shorts in electrical systems.
  • Applying mechanical knowledge in semiconductor and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Documenting daily operational and maintenance activities for the equipment systems promptly.
  • Identifying, isolating, and diagnosing irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Assisting in the alignment of machines and equipment during installation, employing tools such as hoists, jacks, squares, rulers, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
  • Adhering to work protocols, promptly addressing reported equipment issues, and ensuring high-quality maintenance standards.
  • Maintaining equipment to extend service life and enhance utilization efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience in troubleshooting heavy machinery and performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using hand tools.
