Rental and Equipment Operations Manager

Lonestar Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced Rental and Repair Manager to oversee branch operations and ensure equipment functionality.
As a key member of our team, you will manage warehouse associates, schedule service technicians, support sales staff, and engage senior branch personnel in strategy to meet customer needs, maximize profitability, and drive business growth.
- Manage equipment inspection and maintenance processes to ensure profitability and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies for equipment utilization and maintenance to maximize value.
- Oversee warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organize and schedule repairs as needed, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure rental equipment is visually appealing and properly tagged.
- Collaborate with sales teams to discuss pricing and product strategy, staying up-to-date on market trends and data.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- At least five years of rental and equipment experience required.
- 1+ years' experience managing a team is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions.
- Noise level may be loud at times.
- Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
