Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide a high level of leadership, mentoring, and training for less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make significant design decisions with minimal input from senior staff.
- Develop comprehensive design plans for projects of varying sizes.
- Guide junior team members and delegate tasks to design staff.
- Oversee technical aspects, including leadership, analysis, quality control, and problem resolution.
- Manage projects and cultivate client relationships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth mastery of technical aspects within the discipline.
- Proven ability to design and manage significant projects.
- Capability to conduct final quality control checks in your area of expertise.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; 12 years preferred.
- Professional Engineer license.
- This position does not qualify for sponsorship.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
