Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide a high level of leadership, mentoring, and training for less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make significant design decisions with minimal input from senior staff.
  • Develop comprehensive design plans for projects of varying sizes.
  • Guide junior team members and delegate tasks to design staff.
  • Oversee technical aspects, including leadership, analysis, quality control, and problem resolution.
  • Manage projects and cultivate client relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth mastery of technical aspects within the discipline.
  • Proven ability to design and manage significant projects.
  • Capability to conduct final quality control checks in your area of expertise.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; 12 years preferred.
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • This position does not qualify for sponsorship.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
