Key Responsibilities- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of our benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and other employee benefits.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, and conducting pre-employment screenings.
- Payroll and Clerical Support: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and distributing paychecks, and providing clerical support to the HR department.
- Employee Communications: Assist with communicating benefits information to employees, including preparing and distributing benefits-related materials.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
