We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Triage OB Specialist to join our team at Northshore. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our OB/GYN department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient education and phone triage services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Enter referrals and prior authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
- Room patients and conduct RN visits, including injections, staple removal, and wound checks
- Schedule surgeries and procedures as needed
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
- Current Illinois RN licensure required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- 2 years of strong clinical RN experience, preferably in a Physician's Office or OB/GYN setting
