We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Member Engagement. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily functions of our branches, contact center, and ATM network, ensuring that our members receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for member engagement.
2. Assess team performance and organizational structure to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Monitor service delivery, product knowledge, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
4. Conduct regular evaluations of branch operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
5. Create and manage annual budgets for the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and board review.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with legal regulations and compliance standards.
