We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technologist to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams in a timely and accurate manner. Your expertise will be essential in identifying upper and lower extremity venous anatomy, as well as operating complex measurement and Doppler programs.
Responsibilities- Perform upper and lower extremity Venous Duplex protocol for DVT
- Identify extra cranial and intracranial anatomy
- Operate the complex measurement and Doppler programs
- Consistently produce scans of optimal diagnostic quality
- Certificate of successful completion from an accredited school of vascular ultrasound
- Associate Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
