TechOp Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Call Center Operator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, navigating CRM systems, and working collaboratively with our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle call intake and analysis for all phone lines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
- Engage with callers to thoroughly understand their concerns, applying relevant knowledge to assess and address their issues.
- Conduct database and manual queries as needed to gather information related to inquiries, and accurately enter pertinent call information into our CRM system.
- Assign cases to appropriate personnel for follow-up and further action, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Provide support to data analysts by processing entry-level data entry, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or an associate degree with three years of related experience, or five years of related experience if no degree.
- Experience in responding to requests for information and conducting database searches.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet minimum call intake levels.
- Law enforcement or immigration experience is preferred.
