Compensation Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the L2L training program, Managers will undertake various responsibilities, including:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:
- Set the standard for outstanding customer interactions. Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and promote car wash services and memberships.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Foster customer loyalty through excellent service and positive experiences.
- Oversee daily operations and lead the team to meet customer expectations.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a pleasant visit for every customer.


Managing Daily Operations:
- Coordinate daily store activities through effective planning and execution. Adjust staffing based on business demands.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed, securing all assets.
- Uphold high service standards by managing quality and customer service metrics. Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to the team.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Address and resolve customer and employee issues effectively. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and manage store inventories.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with appearance and safety standards.

Leading and Supervising Staff:
- Provide daily guidance and coaching to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop team members through effective training and feedback.

Create a positive, professional, and safe work environment aligned with Waterway's mission and values.

Develop weekly employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all key positions while meeting business needs.

Perform additional safety, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as required.
Be trained to perform essential functions of all hourly positions.
Support and enforce Waterway policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety. Report any incidents promptly, following established protocols.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required.
- An associate's degree or higher (or current college senior) OR a minimum of 2 years' experience in:
- Supervisory or management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Professional Sales (B2B or B2C)
- Military Leadership
- Availability to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekends and holidays).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:
- Environmental: Work outdoors year-round, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and operational environments.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks at a fast pace.
- Vision and Hearing: Must possess good visual acuity and hearing to communicate effectively and respond to safety signals.
- Attendance: Maintain regular, predictable attendance and work as scheduled, which may include irregular hours and holidays.
