About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries by Lebco Industries. This role offers excellent pay with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. You will greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and provide detailed information and recommendations on our furniture and home decor products.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail environments, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs, and self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives.
