Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store's leadership team and contributing to the overall success of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Experience
    • Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
    • Observe sales associate performance on the selling floor and assist if necessary to make a connection or sale.
  • Store Operations
    • Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
    • Help sales associates make the most of each customer interaction by sharing specific actions to improve outcomes.
    • Ensure the team is always on track to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leadership
    • Own the selling floor and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
    • Be ready to step in for another manager as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience
    • 2 or more years of experience in a similar retail leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
