About Justice Resource Institute: JRI is a specialized residential treatment facility catering to latency-aged youth, focusing on trauma-informed care. We provide comprehensive 24-hour support, including an on-site educational institution, a full clinical team, nursing personnel, and direct care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the educational department at Glenhaven, including hiring, supervising, and team-teaching as part of staff development, evaluation, and curriculum planning.
- Collaborate closely with Glenhaven's Clinical, Nursing, Residential, and Administrative teams to create a unified vision for enriching programmatic services and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in various capacities, including serving as a meeting chair and public school liaison.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline is required.
- A valid MA DESE license in Moderate Disabilities for grades 5-12 is mandatory.
- A MA DESE Special Education Administrator license is essential.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is necessary.
- Prior experience in a residential or group home setting is highly preferred.
- A valid driver's license must be maintained.
