Job Title: Controls Engineer

About the Role:

The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. This will involve designing and managing equipment automation, system integration, and optimizing industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop control systems and software for complex automation and machine control systems.
  • PLC and HMI programming to optimize automation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Use AutoCAD Electrical to design and draft electrical control systems.
  • Develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and implement corrective measures.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, HMI systems, and AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Extensive knowledge of automation and systems integration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Robotics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% (Domestic & International).
