Palmetto Moon is a rapidly growing specialty apparel, accessories, home, and gifts retailer celebrating the Southern lifestyle. We're committed to relentless customer service and offering a premium assortment of products, including Vineyard Vines, YETI, Chubbies, Southern Marsh, Simply Southern, Hey Dude, Old Row, Costa, Rainbow Sandals, and many more.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and selling skills
  • Stay knowledgeable about all brands and share that knowledge with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and store objectives
  • Replenish sales floor as needed to maximize customer shopability
  • Maintain visibility on the selling floor to enhance the service experience
  • Effectively handle multiple customers and communicate with associates and management
  • Packages customer merchandise with care
  • Minimize shortage through floor presence and relentless customer service

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
  • Dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Detail-oriented
  • Physical Requirements - ability to bend, twist, stoop, and stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
