Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of property damage restoration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold.
  • Survey damage within the property and develop a plan for restoration.
  • Clean and restore both contents and structural damage.
  • Demolish structural damage to properties using hand and power tools.
  • Clean up assigned job sites after demolition.
  • Perform initial site visits and conduct moisture inspections as needed.
  • Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system.
  • Contact customers with ETA and provide updates on job progress.
  • Take photos of jobs from start to finish and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience.
  • IICRC Training and Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration).
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and background check with a clean record.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) plus year of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
