About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Expansion Representative to join our team at EquipmentShare. This role will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  • Expand customer base through education on EquipmentShare solutions.

Requirements

  • Superior sales skills and tenacity.
  • Industry knowledge (rental or construction) and B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced growth environment and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive yet team-oriented mindset.
