Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Brookside Glen. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide personalized care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the supervisor
  • Participate in vital sign monitoring and complete necessary documentation
  • Apply accident, disaster, and emergency procedures as needed
  • Provide CPR certification and knowledge of resident backgrounds, preferences, and interests
Requirements
  • Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
  • Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individual
  • Meet all health requirements and pass a criminal background check
