Electrophysiology Nurse Manager Job Summary

The Electrophysiology Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Electrophysiology Lab, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing and support staff in the Electrophysiology Lab
  • Coordinate patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Registered Nurse with current state licensure or licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience in an EP lab setting
  • 3+ years of experience in an EP lab setting
