Behavior Change Success Corp is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their highest potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Job Description:
We are seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
* Implement programs written by the case supervisor.
* Assist in fostering autonomy with dignity and respect.
* Complete case documentation.
* Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
* Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
* Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Schedule:
Primarily after-school and weekends. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview.
Job Location:
Nassau/Suffolk County, in-person. A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
