Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA-NDBI Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children with ASD and a passion for early childhood development. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention and provide individualized support to children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the child's natural environment setting
  • Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during child's everyday routines
  • Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions
  • Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
  • Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
