Key Responsibilities- Merchandise and Stock Products: You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and rotating bread and cake products on a company-assigned restock route at various retail partners.
- Adhere to Fresh Market Policy: You will adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product and ensuring shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products (First in, First out).
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service by checking in and communicating with store management at each visit and establishing and maintaining a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel.
- Restock and Maintain Displays: You will restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License: You must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving record.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores.
- Availability: You must be available to work Sunday and Wednesday mornings, with the ability to work some holidays that fall on Sunday and Wednesday.
- Lifting and Carrying: You must be able to regularly lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
