We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Design and Layout Engineer to join our team at Unique Hardware Software Systems Company in Major Growth Mode. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PCBs for a variety of applications, including power delivery and analog/digital IC design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software engineering, and sales, to ensure that PCB designs meet customer requirements.
- Work with senior management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that PCB designs align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for PCB designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and test plans.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for PCBs to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in PCB design and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design and development.
- Experience with Altium Designer and other PCB design tools.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital IC design, power delivery, and PCB layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military, avionics, or similar regulated industry experience.
- Experience with I2S protocols and related board-level components for audio transmission.
- Experience mentoring or training junior-level engineers.
- Experience with the full electronics component manufacturing life cycle.
