Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Clinical Expertise: Maintain and improve clinical standards, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support growth and development.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid State RN License.
- Experience: 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred, with 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
