Key Responsibilities
  • Management and Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of member service staff to ensure that policies and procedures are followed at all times. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize survey tools to measure and improve the customer experience, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported.
  • Financial Management: Manage deposits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring that our financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
